Modified Starch Process Line consists of:

Features:

Modified Starch Process Line utilizes rice, corn, beans, and various grains as raw materials.

Through extrusion, inflating, drying, crushing, and mixing, it is capable of producing various

types of nutritional powders, including baby rice powder, sesame paste, bean powder, and more.

This line can automatically complete the entire process from feeding to the end. It features easy operation,

without any powder dust leakage, sanitation, energy-saving, and easy addition of all kinds of raw materials and nutrients.

Pre-gelatinized starch is widely utilized in industries such as textile, food processing, oil drilling, papermaking, and construction.

different designed barrels and screws of a double screw extruder.

3). Modified Starch is widely used in the textile, food process, oil drilling, paper, construction industries, etc.

Rice, corn, beans, and all kinds of grains, etc. Also can be mixed with corn flour, wheat flour, soya bean meal,
